Supplementary Provisions, Article 52Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act

With regard to the estimated Levy and fixed Levy under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act pertaining to an insurer of employee insurance, etc. for a fiscal year on or before fiscal year 2015 (meaning an insurer of employee insurance, etc. prescribed in Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 3 of the National Health Insurance Act, etc. Partial Amendment Act; the same applies hereinafter), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
