第十七条（罰則）
In the case where a person violates an order based on the provisions of Article 111 of the Medical Care Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the person who committed the violation is punished by imprisonment for six months or less or a fine of 300,000 yen or less.
