Article 115-13Standards of a Designated Community-Based Preventive Service of Long-Term Care Business
第百十五条の十三（指定地域密着型介護予防サービスの事業の基準）
A Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care must, in compliance with the standards concerning effective support methods for Prevention of Long-Term Care pertaining to Designated Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care and the standards concerning facilities and management of the business of Designated Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care prescribed in paragraph (2) or paragraph (5) of the following Article, endeavor to offer appropriate Designated Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care according to the mental and physical condition, etc., of a Person Requiring Support, and to always offer said services from the viewpoint of the person that receives Designated Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care by implementing self-evaluation of the quality of the Designated Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care it provides and other measures.
指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者は、次条第二項又は第五項に規定する指定地域密着型介護予防サービスに係る介護予防のための効果的な支援の方法に関する基準及び指定地域密着型介護予防サービスの事業の設備及び運営に関する基準に従い、要支援者の心身の状況等に応じて適切な指定地域密着型介護予防サービスを提供するとともに、自らその提供する指定地域密着型介護予防サービスの質の評価を行うことその他の措置を講ずることにより常に指定地域密着型介護予防サービスを受ける者の立場に立ってこれを提供するように努めなければならない。
A Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, when an Opinion of the Certification Committee is entered on the Certificate of Insured Person that is presented by an Insured Person that intends to receive Designated Community-Based Preventive Service of Long-Term Care, must engage in offering said Designated Community-Based Preventive Service of Long-Term Care of said Insured Person in consideration of said Opinion of the Certification Committee.
指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者は、指定地域密着型介護予防サービスを受けようとする被保険者から提示された被保険者証に、認定審査会意見が記載されているときは、当該認定審査会意見に配慮して、当該被保険者に当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービスを提供するように努めなければならない。

Opinion of the Certification Committee
「認定審査会意見」
An opinion of the certification committee (認定審査会) under Article 27, paragraph (7), item (ii) or Article 32, paragraph (6), item (ii), including as other provisions apply them, or under the second sentence of Article 30, paragraph (1) or Article 33-3, paragraph (1), entered on an insured person's certificate of insured person (被保険者証), which a designated in-home service provider (指定居宅サービス事業者) must try to take into account (Article 73, paragraph (2)).
