第三十七条（罰則）
A person to whom any of the following items applies, is subject to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year, or a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who has violated the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) or Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions;
附則第十六条第一項又は第二十九条第一項の規定に違反した者
a person who has made a false notification with regard to a notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1), Article 18, paragraph (1), Article 30, paragraph (1) or Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions.
