A person who falls under any of the following items is to be punished with imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who, in connection with a notification to be filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (1) or paragraph (2), or Article 11, paragraph (1), has filed a false notification.
a person who has contravened the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (1), Article 13, paragraph (1), or Article 14, paragraph (3).
a person who, contrary to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1), has failed to take receipt of the special permanent resident certificate.
第十七条第一項の規定に違反して特別永住者証明書を受領しなかった者
a person who, contrary to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (2), has refused the production of the special permanent resident certificate or has refused to undergo the measures necessary to confirm the content of the special permanent resident certificate electronic or magnetic record.
第十七条第二項の規定に違反して、特別永住者証明書の提示を拒み、又は特別永住者証明書電磁的記録の内容を確認するために必要な措置を受けることを拒んだ者
