第十三条（検討）
Five years after this Act comes into effect, the Government is to review the provisions of the new Act in consideration of the implementation status of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act, and on finding it to be necessary to do so, is to take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、新労働安全衛生法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新労働安全衛生法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
