Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures for the Application of Penal Provisions
第十一条（罰則の適用に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to conduct in which a person has engaged before the entry into effect of this Act (or of the provisions set forth in item (i) of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions), and to conduct in which a person has engaged after the entry into effect of this Act in a situation that prior laws continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of these Supplementary Provisions.
この法律（附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定については、当該規定）の施行前にした行為及びこの附則の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
