Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2006; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the date described in each item:
この法律は、平成十八年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
in Article 1, the amended provisions of the table of contents of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, the amended provisions of the title of Chapter V of that Act, the amended provisions of the title of Section 2 of Chapter V, the amended provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 57 of that Act, and the amended provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 57-2 of that Act:December 1, 2006;
第一条中労働安全衛生法の目次の改正規定、同法第五章の章名の改正規定、同章第二節の節名の改正規定、同法第五十七条第一項の改正規定及び同法第五十七条の二第一項の改正規定 平成十八年十二月一日
in Article 4, the amended provisions to delete Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Concerning Temporary Measures for the Promotion of Shorter Working Hours and to delete the title and of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions:the date of promulgation.
第四条中労働時間の短縮の促進に関する臨時措置法附則第二条を削り、同法附則第一条の見出し及び条名を削る改正規定並びに附則第十二条の規定 公布の日
