Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Review
第九条（検討）
Five years after this Act comes into effect, the Government on finding it to be necessary to do so in consideration of the implementation status of this Act, is to review the provisions of this Act and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、この法律の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、この法律の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
