Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Delegation of Authority for Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第八条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article of these Supplementary Provisions, Cabinet Order provides for any transitional measures that come to be necessary in connection with the entry into effect of this Act (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions).
附則第二条から前条までに定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要となる経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
