Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect from April 1, 2000; provided, however, that the provisions for amendments to the table of contents of the Industrial Safety and Health Act in Article 1, the amended provisions of sub-paragraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph (2) of Article 54-3 and subparagraph (2) of paragraph (2) of Article 54-5 of that Act, the provisions amending that Article in Chapter V, Section 1 of that Act to Article 54-6, the provisions providing for the addition of an Article following Article 54-4 of that Act, and the provisions of Article 2 and the following Article come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order, within a period not exceeding six months calculated from the day of promulgation.
この法律は、平成十二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中労働安全衛生法の目次の改正規定、同法第五十四条の三第二項第一号及び第二号並びに第五十四条の五第二項第二号の改正規定、同法第五章第一節中同条を第五十四条の六とする改正規定並びに同法第五十四条の四の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二条並びに次条の規定は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
