Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十五条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, Cabinet Order prescribes the necessary transitional measures in connection with the entry into effect of this Act.
附則第二条から前条までに定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
(Transitional Measures for Penal Provisions)
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to conduct in which a person has engaged before the entry into effect of this Act.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
