第四条（計画の届出に関する経過措置）
The provisions of paragraph (5) of Article 88 of the new Act to not apply to the preparation of a plan for the construction work specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in that paragraph which is commenced before July 1, 1989.
昭和六十四年七月一日前に開始される新法第八十八条第五項に規定する労働省令で定める工事の計画の作成については、同項の規定は、適用しない。
