If a work/life support center for persons with disabilities falls under any of the following items, the prefectural governor may revoke the designation under the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (1) (hereinafter referred to as the "designation" in this Article):
都道府県知事は、障害者就業・生活支援センターが次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、第二十七条第一項の規定による指定（以下この条において「指定」という。）を取り消すことができる。
if the center is found to be unable to implement the services provided for in Article 28 properly and reliably;
第二十八条に規定する業務を適正かつ確実に実施することができないと認められるとき。
if a wrongful act occurred in connection with its designation; or
指定に関し不正の行為があつたとき。
if the center has violated the provisions of this Section or an order or disposition under those provisions.
この節の規定又は当該規定に基づく命令若しくは処分に違反したとき。
On having revoked a designation pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the prefectural governor must issue public notice of this.
