A prefecture must, as provided by Cabinet Order, transfer from its general account to its special account for national health insurance an amount equal to nine hundredths of the amount for calculation, in order to stabilize the finances of the national health insurance program provided by prefectures, etc. and to adjust finances in accordance with the financial conditions and other circumstances of the Municipalities within the prefecture.
都道府県は、都道府県等が行う国民健康保険の財政の安定化を図り、及び当該都道府県内の市町村の財政の状況その他の事情に応じた財政の調整を行うため、政令で定めるところにより、一般会計から、算定対象額の百分の九に相当する額を当該都道府県の国民健康保険に関する特別会計に繰り入れなければならない。
In addition to what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, a prefecture must, as provided by Cabinet Order, transfer from its general account to its special account for national health insurance an amount equal to one-fourth of the amount of high-cost medical expenses subject to sharing.
都道府県は、前項に定めるもののほか、政令で定めるところにより、一般会計から、高額医療費負担対象額の四分の一に相当する額を当該都道府県の国民健康保険に関する特別会計に繰り入れなければならない。
