Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
この省令は証券取引法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成十九年九月三十日）から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Securities and Exchange Act and Other Acts comes into effect (September 30, 2007).
