Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、大阪の部阿倍野の項に係る改正規定は、平成九年二月十日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provisions pertaining to the Abeno row of the Osaka section come into effect as of February 10, 1997.
