Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
この省令は、労働時間の短縮の促進に関する臨時措置法の施行の日（平成四年九月一日）から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Act on Temporary Measures for the Promotion of the Reduction of Working Hours comes into effect (September 1, 1992).
