Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
この省令は、昭和六十三年三月三十一日から施行する。ただし、宮城の部仙台の項及び大阪の部羽曳野の項に係る改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of March 31, 1988; provided, however, that the amending provisions pertaining to the Sendai row of the Miyagi section and the Habikino row of the Osaka section come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
