Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
この省令は、昭和六十二年三月三十一日から施行する。ただし、神奈川の部横浜西の項に係る改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of March 31, 1987; provided, however, that the amending provisions pertaining to the Yokohama-Nishi row of the Kanagawa section come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
