Supplementary Provisions, Article 71, paragraph (1)
第十七条第二項、第二十四条の二の二第三項第四号、第二十四条の二の二の二、第二十四条の二の三第三項第四号、第二十四条の二の三の二、第二十四条の二の四第二項（第三十四条の二の三において準用する場合を含む。）、第二十四条の七及び第三十四条の二第十五項第四号の規定の適用については、当分の間、これらの規定中「五年間」とあるのは、「三年間」とする。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (2), Article 24-2-2, paragraph (3), item (iv), Article 24-2-2-2, Article 24-2-3, paragraph (3), item (iv), Article 24-2-3-2, Article 24-2-4, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 34-2-3), Article 24-7 and Article 34-2, paragraph (15), item (iv), for the time being, the term "five years" in these provisions is replaced with "three years".
