第四十一条
If a person set forth in the items of Article 19, paragraph (2) of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 32, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions has, in violation of the provisions of that paragraph, failed to receive a special permanent resident certificate that is issued pursuant to the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (5), Article 28, paragraph (4) or Article 29, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions or returned pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 30, paragraph (2) and Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, or failed to make an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions or a notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) or Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the person is punished by a civil fine of not more than 50,000 yen.
附則第三十二条第二項において準用する特例法第十九条第二項各号に掲げる者が、同項の規定に違反して、附則第二十七条第五項、第二十八条第四項若しくは第二十九条第三項の規定により交付され、若しくは附則第三十条第二項及び第三十一条第二項において準用する特例法第十条第三項の規定により返還される特別永住者証明書の受領、附則第二十九条第一項の規定による申請又は附則第三十条第一項若しくは第三十一条第一項の規定による届出をしなかったときは、五万円以下の過料に処する。
