第三十二条
The receipt of a special permanent resident certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (5), Article 28, paragraph (4) or Article 29, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions, or returned pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 30, paragraph (2) and Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions; an application under the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (3) or Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions; or a notification under the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) or Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions must be made or take place in person at the office of the municipality in which the place of residence is situated (for the receipt of a special permanent resident certificate returned pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 30, paragraph (2) and Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, or a notification under the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) or Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the registered place of residence).
The provisions of Article 19, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Special Act apply mutatis mutandis to the procedures for the receipt, application or notification prescribed in the preceding paragraph.
特例法第十九条第二項及び第三項の規定は、前項に規定する受領、申請又は届出の手続について準用する。
