日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行規則
Supplementary Provisions
The law as Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Regulation for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan (Ministry of Justice Order No. 20 of 2026) leaves it, with the words it changes marked.

Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)（施行期日）Effective DateAdded
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, etc. comes into effect (June 14, 2026).
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（令和八年六月十四日）から施行する。

With respect to the matters stated in a special permanent resident certificate issued before the effective date, etc., the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Article 4 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan as amended by this Ministerial Order.
施行日前に交付を受けた特別永住者証明書の記載事項等については、この省令による改正後の日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行規則第四条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。

A written notice in the format of Appended Form No. 13 prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order is, for the time being, deemed to be a written notice in the format of Appended Form No. 14 prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan as amended by this Ministerial Order, even on or after the effective date.
この省令による改正前の日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行規則に規定する別記第十三号様式の通知書は、施行日以後においても、当分の間、この省令による改正後の日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行規則に規定する別記第十四号様式の通知書とみなす。

Paper forms in accordance with the Forms prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にあるこの省令による改正前の様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
