Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act

①Where an order or other act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as an "order or other act") made pursuant to the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 10 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act") before the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in item (iv) of the preceding Article (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "item (iv) Effective Date"), or a notification or other act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as a "notification or other act") that is pending, at the time of enforcement of the provisions listed in that item, under the provisions of the Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act, is such that the person who is to handle the administrative affairs pertaining to those acts will be different on the item (iv) Effective Date, that act is deemed, with regard to the application of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 10 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "New Long-Term Care Insurance Act") on or after the item (iv) Effective Date, to be an order or other act or a notification or other act made pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act.
