The provisions of Article 115 and Article 143, paragraph (3) of the new Act apply to the prescription of the right to claim wages under the provisions of the Labor Standards Act (excluding retirement allowances; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) whose payment date arrives on or after the effective date, and with regard to the prescription of the right to claim wages under the provisions of that Act whose payment date arrived before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
