Supplementary Provisions, Article 3, paragraph (1)
第一項
If five years have elapsed since this Act came into effect, the government is to review the provisions as amended by this Act while taking into consideration the status of their enforcement, and, when it finds it necessary, is to take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の規定について、その施行の状況を勘案しつつ検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
