第二条（登録設計審査等機関の登録に関する準備行為）
A person seeking to obtain the registration under paragraph (3) of Article 37 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act after amendment under the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Industrial Safety and Health Act") may file an application for it even before the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date"), in the manner provided in the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 46 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act.
第二条の規定による改正後の労働安全衛生法（以下「新労働安全衛生法」という。）第三十七条第三項の登録を受けようとする者は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前においても、新労働安全衛生法第四十六条第一項の規定の例により、その申請を行うことができる。
If an application for registration has been filed pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may effect the registration and make the public announcement even before the effective date, in the manner provided in the provisions of paragraphs (2) through (4) of Article 46 and paragraph (1) of Article 112-2 (limited to the part relating to item (i)) of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act. In such a case, on or after the effective date, that registration and that public announcement are deemed to be the registration under paragraph (3) of Article 37 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act and the public announcement under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 112-2 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act, respectively.
厚生労働大臣は、前項の規定により登録の申請があった場合には、施行日前においても、新労働安全衛生法第四十六条第二項から第四項まで及び第百十二条の二第一項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定の例により、その登録及び公示をすることができる。この場合において、当該登録及び公示は、施行日以後は、それぞれ新労働安全衛生法第三十七条第三項の登録及び新労働安全衛生法第百十二条の二第一項の規定による公示とみなす。
