Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures for Adjustment of Provisions on Hearings
第十四条（聴聞に関する規定の整理に伴う経過措置）
Hearings, public hearings, or hearing panels (excluding those concerning adverse dispositions) implemented pursuant to the provisions of the relevant Acts before the entry into effect of this Act and procedures incidental thereto are deemed to have been implemented pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the relevant Acts amended by this Act.
この法律の施行前に法律の規定により行われた聴聞、聴問若しくは聴聞会（不利益処分に係るものを除く。）又はこれらのための手続は、この法律による改正後の関係法律の相当規定により行われたものとみなす。
