第四条
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to conduct in which a person has engaged before the entry into effect of this Act and to conduct that violates an order that prior laws continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
この法律の施行前にした行為及び前条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる命令に係る違反の行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
