Supplementary Provisions, Article 15, paragraph (3)
第三項
The Minister of Justice is to endeavor to make known the contents of the provisions of Article 61-2-9, paragraph (4) of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2 and other aspects of the system concerning the submission of materials on Recognition of Refugee Status or recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection, so that materials on Recognition of Refugee Status or recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection are properly submitted upon an application under Article 61-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Immigration Control Act.
法務大臣は、入管法第六十一条の二第一項又は第二項の申請に際し、難民の認定又は補完的保護対象者の認定に関する資料が適切に提出されるよう、第二条改正後入管法第六十一条の二の九第四項の規定の内容その他難民の認定又は補完的保護対象者の認定に関する資料の提出に係る制度の周知に努めるものとする。
