第二項
Personal belongings (excluding cash) of a detainee that are actually retained pursuant to the provisions of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 or an order based on it at the time this Act comes into effect are deemed to be articles set forth in Article 55-25, item (ii) of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2, and the provisions of Article 55-28 of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2 apply to them.
この法律の施行の際現に第二条改正前入管法又はこれに基づく命令の規定により領置されている被収容者の所持品（現金を除く。）は、第二条改正後入管法第五十五条の二十五第二号に掲げる物品とみなして、第二条改正後入管法第五十五条の二十八の規定を適用する。
