the provisions amending Article 2-2, paragraph (3), Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) and paragraph (2), Article 51, Article 52, paragraphs (3) and (4) and Appended Table I (5), and the provisions of the following Article through Article 5 and of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which 6 months have elapsed from the date of promulgation;
