Pursuant to the provisions of Article 31, paragraph (5), Article 32, paragraph (3) and Article 33, paragraph (2) of the Act for Establishment of the Ministry of Justice (Act No. 93 of 1999), a Ministerial Order for the complete revision of the Rules for Organization of Regional Immigration Bureaus (Ministry of Justice Order No. 13 of 2001) is established as follows.
