Supplementary Provisions, Article 34Transitional Measures for Penal Provisions
第三十四条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to conduct that a person engages in before this Act (or, for the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of these Supplementary Provisions, before those provisions) comes into effect.
この法律（附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定にあっては、当該規定）の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
