If a person has engaged in the recruitment of workers in violation of a business suspension order pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (2) of the Employment Security Act, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 16, paragraph (5), the person who committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than one million yen.
