This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Cabinet Order Partially Amending the Order for the Enforcement of the Residential Basic Book Act, etc. (Cabinet Order No. 152 of 2019) comes into effect (November 5, 2019).
この省令は、住民基本台帳法施行令等の一部を改正する政令（平成三十一年政令第百五十二号）の施行の日（令和元年十一月五日）から施行する。
