第十三条
An application for special permanent residence permission using Appended Form No. 1 or Appended Form No. 2 of the Former Regulation that is actually being made at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect is deemed to be an application for special permanent residence permission using Appended Form No. 1 or Appended Form No. 2 of the New Regulation, respectively.
この省令の施行の際現に行われている旧規則別記第一号様式又は別記第二号様式による特別永住許可の申請は、それぞれ新規則別記第一号様式又は別記第二号様式による特別永住許可の申請とみなす。
