第十二条
For the purpose of the application of Article 4, paragraph (2) of the New Regulation, a special permanent residence permit in Form No. 3 of the Former Regulation issued before the Effective Date is deemed to be a special permanent residence permit in Form No. 3 of the New Regulation.
新規則第四条第二項の適用においては、施行日前に交付された旧規則第三号様式の特別永住許可書は、新規則第三号様式の特別永住許可書とみなす。
