Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the effective date of the amending Act (July 9, 2012); provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この政令は、改正法施行日（平成二十四年七月九日）から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 3 and 16, Article 22, paragraphs (1) through (4), and Article 27 (limited to the portions pertaining to Article 16 and Article 22, paragraphs (1) through (4)): the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act (January 13, 2012);
第三条、第十六条及び第二十二条第一項から第四項まで並びに第二十七条（第十六条及び第二十二条第一項から第四項までに係る部分に限る。）の規定 改正法附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十四年一月十三日）
the provisions of Article 20: the date specified by Cabinet Order in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Residential Basic Book Act;
第二十条の規定 住民基本台帳法の一部を改正する法律附則第三条第一項の政令で定める日
the provisions of Articles 4 and 17, Article 24, paragraphs (1) through (3), and Article 27 (limited to the portions pertaining to Article 17 and Article 24, paragraphs (1) through (3)): June 9, 2012.
第四条、第十七条、第二十四条第一項から第三項まで及び第二十七条（第十七条及び第二十四条第一項から第三項までに係る部分に限る。）の規定 平成二十四年六月九日
