Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Special Provisions on Notification under the Long-Term Care Insurance Act Pertaining to Notification under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions
第二十条（附則第五条第一項の届出に係る介護保険法の届出の特例）
The notification under the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and the supplementary note under the provisions of Article 28-3 of the new Act that is to apply pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article are deemed to be, respectively, a notification under the provisions of Article 30-47 of the new Act and a supplementary note under the provisions of Article 28-3 of the new Act, and the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (5) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article apply.
附則第五条第一項の規定による届出及び同条第二項の規定により適用するものとされた新法第二十八条の三の規定による付記は、それぞれ新法第三十条の四十七の規定による届出及び新法第二十八条の三の規定による付記とみなして、前条の規定による改正後の介護保険法第十二条第五項の規定を適用する。
