Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act

第九条（介護保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

The provisions of Article 70, Article 78-2, Article 79, Article 86, Article 94, Article 107, Article 115-2, Article 115-11 and Article 115-20 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 23, and Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, do not apply to a disposition of delinquency received before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 23.

第二十三条の規定による改正後の介護保険法第七十条、第七十八条の二、第七十九条、第八十六条、第九十四条、第百七条、第百十五条の二、第百十五条の十一及び第百十五条の二十並びに附則第八条の規定は、第二十三条の規定の施行の日前に受けた滞納処分については、適用しない。
