第五十三条（介護保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to insurance benefits pertaining to designated long-term care sanatorium Facility Services prescribed in Article 48, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 26, provided before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 26, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二十六条の規定の施行の日前に行われた同条の規定による改正前の介護保険法第四十八条第一項第三号に規定する指定介護療養施設サービスに係る保険給付については、なお従前の例による。
