Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act
第十条（介護保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 8 apply to an Insured Person Subject to Domicile Exception prescribed in that paragraph who is found to have changed his or her domicile, on or after the Effective Date, to the location where a Specified Facility listed in item (ii) of that paragraph is located by moving into that Specified Facility, and who is found to have had a domicile in a Municipality other than the Municipality where said Specified Facility is located when moving into it, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a person who is found to have changed his or her domicile, before the Effective Date, to the location where said Specified Facility is located by moving into it.
第八条の規定による改正後の介護保険法第十三条第一項の規定は、施行日以後に同項第二号に掲げる特定施設に入居をすることにより当該特定施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる同項に規定する住所地特例対象被保険者であって、当該特定施設に入居をした際、当該特定施設が所在する市町村以外の市町村の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて適用し、施行日前に当該特定施設に入居をすることにより当該特定施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる者については、なお従前の例による。
