An Organization that Prepares Registration Examination Questions, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, must keep and maintain records of all matters concerning Examination Question Preparation Affairs as determined by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, and ensure said matters are recorded.
