When a person, without justifiable cause, fails to report pursuant to the provisions of Article 201-3, paragraph (1) or submits a false report, or, without justifiable cause, fails to reply or submits a false reply to questions of the personnel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, or, without justifiable cause, refuses, interrupts, or evades an inspection pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the person who committed the violation is punished by a fine of 300,000 yen or less.
正当な理由がなくて第二百一条の三第一項の規定による報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又は同項の規定による当該職員の質問に対して、正当な理由がなくて答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をし、若しくは正当な理由がなくて同項の規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したときは、その違反行為をした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
