Employers, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must endeavor to appoint a person responsible for the appropriate and effective implementation of the measures prescribed in Article 8, Article 11, paragraph (1), Article 11-2, paragraph (2), Article 11-3, paragraph (1), Article 11-4, paragraph (2), Article 12, and paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, and any other measures required to be taken to ensure equal opportunities and treatment of men and women in their workplace.
