The Commissioner of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency may investigate whether or not there are any facts in violation of the provisions of Article 5 with regard to the entrusting business operator, and when such matters are found to be the facts, may request the Japan Fair Trade Commission to take appropriate measures in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
