Ministerial Order to Provide for the Industrial Fields Specified in the Right-Hand Column of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act
出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する産業上の分野等を定める省令
Pursuant to the provisions of items (i) and (ii) of the right-hand column in the row for "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Industrial Fields Specified in the Right-Hand Column of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act is established as follows.
出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄第一号及び第二号の規定に基づき、出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する産業上の分野等を定める省令を次のように定める。
The industrial fields specified by Ministry of Justice Order prescribed in the right-hand column in the row for "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act are the following fields, and the skills requiring a considerable degree of knowledge or experience specified by Ministry of Justice Order prescribed in item (i) of the right-hand column in that row and the proficient skills specified by Ministry of Justice Order prescribed in item (ii) of the right-hand column in that row are, in accordance with the basic policy, respectively the skills meeting the standard specified in the field-specific operation policy for the relevant field (with regard to the proficient skills specified by Ministry of Justice Order prescribed in item (ii) of the right-hand column in that row, limited to those pertaining to the fields set forth in item (ii), items (iv) through (ix) or items (xiii) through (xvi)).
出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する法務省令で定める産業上の分野は、次に掲げる分野とし、同項の下欄第一号に規定する法務省令で定める相当程度の知識又は経験を必要とする技能及び同項の下欄第二号に規定する法務省令で定める熟練した技能は、基本方針にのっとりそれぞれ当該分野（同項の下欄第二号に規定する法務省令で定める熟練した技能にあっては、第二号、第四号から第九号まで又は第十三号から第十六号までに掲げるものに限る。）に係る分野別運用方針で定める水準を満たす技能とする。

資源循環分野
