第三条（退去強制に関する経過措置）
With respect to a person listed in Article 3, item (i), (b) who has come to fall under any of the items of Article 22, paragraph (1) by an act committed before the Old Japan-Korea Special Act came into effect, that person may not be compelled to depart from Japan on the grounds of that act.
